Privacy policy
This notice describes how the SEO Operations private dashboard handles information obtained through its Google Search Console connection. These public information pages display no portfolio reports and do not ask you to sign in.
What Google shares
When the operator connects Google, the app checks the Google account identifier and verified email address to confirm the designated business identity. With read-only Search Console permission, the app can retrieve website properties and access levels, search-performance reports, and URL inspection results.
Reports can include clicks, impressions, click-through rates, average position, search queries, page addresses and country-level totals. URL inspections can include indexing status, canonical addresses and crawl dates. Google also issues credentials for approved background access.
What the app does with it
The app checks for eligible new websites, compares reporting periods, identifies changes and uses search and indexing evidence to suggest and track SEO work. It keeps dated observations so the operator can review an earlier finding after a repair. The authorization permits reading Search Console; it does not authorize reading Gmail or editing Google properties.
Who can receive the information
The private application runs on OpenAI Sites and uses Cloudflare worker and database infrastructure. These services process the information needed to host and operate the dashboard. Google receives requests to authenticate the account and retrieve its Search Console reports.
The operator can use an authenticated AI analyst to review dated SEO evidence, including search queries, page addresses and performance figures, and save recommendations. The operator can also export a briefing or authorize a separate read-only agent to receive a limited report on selected sites. An external agent receives selected metrics and findings; its report excludes raw queries and Google credentials. If the operator copies a task prompt into another service, that service receives the text they choose to paste.
SEO Operations uses Google information for these portfolio-management features. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs are subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and retention
The app stores the connected email address, connection status and dates in its private database. It encrypts Google access and refresh tokens on the server. Reporting snapshots, inspection history and task evidence are stored separately from those credentials. Disconnecting Google removes the app’s stored credentials and connection email and stops new collection through that connection. Existing reports and task history remain available. The app has no fixed automatic deletion period for those historical records.
Disconnect or request deletion
In the private dashboard’s Connections view, open Google Search Console and choose Disconnect. To revoke the authorization at Google, remove SEO Operations from your Google Account connections.
For a privacy question or a request to delete stored Google-derived reports or history, contact the SEO Operations operator at info@chimneyrepairwestpalmbeach.com. Identify the relevant website or account. Please do not send passwords or access tokens.
